Returns
At Panama Jack, we want to make it easy for you: you have 30 days to return your products free of charge. Please note that accessories cannot be returned. If you need a different size or model, you can return the product and place a new order.
In addition, for orders placed between 24 November and 10 December 2025, the return period is extended until 10 January 2026.
How do I make a return?
1. Access our returns portal.
You will find the access button to our portal at the bottom of this page. Go to the portal and complete the form with the requested information.
2. Prepare the package and choose your nearest Pick-Up Point.
With our 
Sustainable Return, you can select the Pick-Up Point that best suits you.
3. Follow the instructions you’ll receive by email.
We’ll send you the steps to easily complete your return.
4. Receive your refund within a maximum of 15 days.
Once we receive your order, we’ll process the refund as quickly as possible.
VERY IMPORTANT
We only accept returns of products that are in perfect condition.
Please try on the product as you would in a store and handle it with care — avoid wearing it for long periods and do not remove its tags, accessories, or seals.
